Diane has been a practicing UX researcher for over 12 years. Drawing on her background in anthropology and information science, she believes that the foundation of a great user experience rests on two things: a genuine interest in people and the will to design experiences that align with their needs. Diane has worked with wide array of clients including Kohler, T-Mobile, Electronic Arts and Harley-Davidson. She also teaches Introduction to User Experience at the School of Visual Concepts in Seattle.
